3. Pricing All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Shipping We ship within the Netherlands and across the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
